Facilities.

Every room not only has it's own T.V but also a DVD and Video player. There is a selection of DVD.s and Videos for guests to borrow in the hall. Each room also has a table top fridge so that guests can enjoy fresh milk and also keep their own wine/drinks and food refrigerated. Tea and Coffee making facilities are provided as are bottle opener/corkscrews and there is also a hairdryer, radio and alarm clock in every room. An iron and ironing board is available if requested.

This is the double bedroom in the main house. It boasts views over the Pennine way.

All rooms have en-suite facilities

This is the pretty en-suite of the family room. The family room can accommodate two adults and two small children or two adults with one older child.

This is the twin bedded room which has it's very pretty original Edwardian tiled fireplace. The large en-suite boasts an original cast iron roll top bath. It also has a shower, hand basin, toilet and bidet with some feature cast iron fittings.
